About Us
Our Founder
Darian Brooker founded We, Future Leaders in 2020 with the vision of positively impacting 1 million Australian school children by 2040.
Darian grew up in the foster care system and had changed schools 26 times by the time she graduated high school in 2014. Frustrated by the lack of support, stability and consistency in her education, Darian was fuelled with the dream to ensure that eventually, all Australian school aged kids could still have a quality education despite their circumstances.
Darian's unique personal and career experiences have not only shaped the holistic model and vision of We, Future Leaders, but continue to influence her mentoring and coaching for staff, students, parents and teachers.

Our Story:
We, Future Leaders started off as a local tutoring company, helping a small number of students within the Sutherland Shire (NSW, Australia) each week. Due to popular demand and ongoing referrals, the team grew to its current size of 51 staff in just a few short years! We still operate face-to-face and online tutoring within our two learning centres, over Zoom, and within schools around the state, and we partner with local, state and national organisations, increasing our annual impact to several thousand young people.
Our Mission:
Every child deserves a childhood, and every child deserves the right to a quality education. It baffles and saddens us that this is not the case for thousands of Australian kids, and millions globally.
Our mission is to create a world where through education and mentoring, people are deeply empowered to express leadership and undertake enriching actions for themselves and within their community.
Our holistic approach to learning addresses the root cause of the academic issue, not just the academic issue itself.
